Listen to me closely. When I was 400 lbs, every "expert" told me to count calories. None of them asked me what time I went to bed, how much water I'd had, or whether I'd seen the sun that day.
I lost 180 lbs without a single calorie counted. I did it on the 5 Pillars you'll find inside this work. I did it without a gym for the first 70 lbs, because I thought people that are "too-fat" didn't belong in a gym. I was wrong about the gym, but I was right about one thing: it's not the gym you need. It's a community.
I did this while working through grief. While my mom passed. Coronavirus, COVID-19, complications from gynecomastia and loose skin removal surgery, all while pursuing a college degree, tested whether I'd quit. I didn't quit. Not because I'm special. Because I had people watching and I made it public.
You do not need another app. The reason I can charge for what I do isn't because I'm certified, even though I am. It's because I lived it. Half the man I used to be. Still going.
